All vendor booths are 10ft x 10ft.
Booth Fees are non-refundable, and there is no rain date.
Booth Fees must be paid no later than Friday, March 27.   Booths not paid by this time will forfeit their deposit and the booth space may be sold to another vendor.

A separate deposit is not required.  This is payment in full for one 10×10 booth space.

 

Vendor Details and Specifications

  • RESTRICTIONS: No cotton candy, popcorn, caramel apples, funnel cakes, or corn dogs may be sold or given away. No food may be given away. Any weapons, such as knives or guns, will not be allowed. Pressurized cans that spray “strings” are not allowed. Fireworks of any kind and items of “adult only” nature will not be permitted. No animals allowed, unless service dogs. No generators allowed. No trailers. No rides or games of skill.
  • Vendor Booth spaces are 10ft x 10ft.  If your set up exceeds 10ft X 10ft you must purchase more than one space and you will be charged for the additional space.
  • 10×10 Vendor Booths have no water sources and no 220 electrical sources. A limited number of booths have electricity. 
  • Vendors Set-Up must be completed by 8am on Saturday.
  • There will be no refunds and no rain date.

Festival Agreement and Guidelines

  • The non-refundable deposit and booth fee must be received before a booth number will be assigned.  Booths may not be sold or transferred.  In the event Strawberry Fest is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of Junior Auxiliary of Cabot, you will receive your money back within 60 business days.  
  • Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.  A booth number will be assigned to you and you will be e-mailed your booth number the week of the event.  Booth assignments are at the discretion of the Junior Auxiliary of Cabot.
  • The festival operating hours for vendors are Saturday from 9am – 6pm.   
  • Vendor Setup on Saturday will be from 6am to 8am. Please check in with the festival workers upon arrival. The workers will assist the vendors in assuring proper set-up. All items in the booth space are the sole responsibility of the vendor.  Vendors must begin closing down at 6pm so that the street can be reopened.  To ensure safety, vehicles will not be allowed to drive through the designated vendor area during shut-down.
  • Booth size is  10′ x 10′ and your exhibit must fit within those parameters. The number of the space will be in the center of the space. Exhibitors are responsible for equipping their own space with tables, chairs, tents, extension cords, small electrical, etc. No generators or trailers of any kind allowed.
  • No vendors may obstruct view of or access to another space or impede traffic flow.
  • All vendors must remain in place during the Strawberry Fest operating hours.  
  • Vendor booths are to be open and staffed the entire day. Vendors leaving early will not be invited back to Strawberry Festival in the future.  Vendors should be prepared to stay even if they sell out of merchandise.
  • Strawberry Fest is an exclusively outdoor event (rain or shine) and no alternate rain date or site is planned.  Exhibitors should come prepared for the weather.
  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean, including clean-up and trash removal at the end of Strawberry Fest.  Booth spaces will be inspected at the end of the event.  Vendors that do not clean their booth spaces will not be invited back.
  • Food cannot be given away during the event.  Should you wish to sell food at your booth, we would suggest providing something strawberry related to go with the theme of the festival. The following food items are excluded from being sold: corn dogs, cotton candy, popcorn, camel apples, candy apples, and funnel cakes.
  • No rides or games of skill allowed.
  • Animals, whether on a leash or not, are not allowed in the Strawberry Fest area or vendor booths, unless medically necessary.
  • Overnight parking of vehicles or campers inside the Strawberry Fest area is prohibited.
  • A professional standard of conduct and dress is expected at all times.
  • The City of Cabot and Junior Auxiliary of Cabot assume no responsibility or liability for loss or damaged items or equipment.
  • This is only an application.  Notice of acceptance will be sent to the email provided in this application after the completed application has been reviewed and if space is available.  Do not pay your deposit or booth fee until your application has been approved.
  • Failure to abide by any of the rules governing Strawberry Fest will prevent the vendor from being accepted into future Strawberry Festivals and may result in expulsion from Strawberry Fest. Vendors are solely responsible for complying with Strawberry Fest regulations, Health Department regulations, and City and State Tax regulations.
  • We are scheduling entertainment on an outdoor stage including but not limited to dance teams, musicians/bands, etc. If noise is an issue please indicate that on your application and we will attempt to place you as far away from the stage as possible.
